ATA Airlines to launch 2 direct flights from Batumi International Airport

 

Starting from June 28, 2012 Iran based private air carrier ATA Airlines, will start regular flights from Batumi to Tehran and Tabriz.  Regular flights from Iran’s capital Tehran will be performed every Monday and Thursday, while flight from Tabriz will be lunched once a week, on Thursdays. Air Company will perform the flights with Airbus 320, offering passengers comfortable and safe service.

Tabriz based airline - ATA Airlines fleet consists of 9 aircrafts, offering passengers domestic services and international services in the Middle East, as well as charter services including Europe.
ATA Airlines started to operate in Georgia since March 2011, offering passengers regular flights from Tbilisi International Airport to Tehran and Tabriz.
With the beginning of the active tourism season in Batumi, the flights number in Batumi International Airport rose significantly. Air companies Aerosvit, S7 Sibir Airlines and OLT Express have already started the regular flights to Batumi. In nearest future Pegasus and Armavia will join them.
