Batumi International Airport hosts the first flight from Europe

 

On June 14, 2012 the first flight has arrived from Europe to Batumi International Airport. The passengers of air company OLT Express were welcomed by the Representatives of TAV Georgia - The Operating Company of Batumi and Tbilisi International Airports and the Tourism Department of Adjara. The flights from Warsaw to Batumi  will be performed once a week, on Thursdays, in the upcoming months including September.
For the entire period of summer, TAV Georgia expects the significant increase of flights in Batumi International Airport. Apart from the air-company OLT Express, other air-companies, such as: Sibir S7, ATA Airlines, Pegasus and Armavia will fly to Batumi during the summer.
